Our founder, Vani Herlekar is an urban planner, educator and communication strategist with over fifteen years of experience in the urban planning, policy and development space.

She recognizes that driving successful urban projects and policy change relies heavily on effective communication strategies that demystify complex concepts, inspire engagement, and help shape public and political opinion on issues and agendas. This triggered the desire to start an organisation that leverages the power of positive and persuasive communication to steer change in cities.
